Does anyone have the firmware update version 1.06 for the R09HR?
-
The 1.06 got to be 10 years old as they are on V3.0x now.
Are you really looking for that old one?
-
Yes. I don't need all the other features in the newer updates. I bought a spare and would like to upgrade to that version. Are there newer features that enhance basic recording? I haven't read any reviews.

Ahh I see. :)
Here's the 1.06 update:

If you go with 1.10 you will get SDHC support.

Thanks for the link. I guess I didn't use the right key word(s) when did my search. All I found was the latest upgrade.

Below 1.10 it will only take the old SD cards that max out at 4GB? That is a pretty serious limitation.

I checked and I mixed some things up.
The firmware 1.06 for R-09HR enables large capacity cards.
"Compatible with 32GB SDHC (High Capacity) memory cards."
It was the older R-09 who needed 1.10 to enable SDHC support I believe.

That explains why I couldn't find any references to 1.10 for the HR.
