What's the best (long lasting & light - oxymoron) to power the NT 222 DC in the feild?  I realy want try the t00bes out this summer.  Any good links to M222 / NT 222 user info?

im pretty sure sideshowbob(on this site) ran 12v sla'sw/ them, and i believedave bigham also did too

Thanks Bean,  I have been having problems finding good info on the t00bes.

sideshowbob has told me the run down before, basically he has one or two 12v sla's, i cant remember if theyre wired so that one battery can power both nt222 boxes or if he has a 12v for each channel, but my memory tells me he runs one big 12v for both boxes, then 6v's for the v3 :)

well, im 99% positive they have to be fed 12v, so why not just get some rc style 12v NIMH packs and a smart charger ???

yes, the tubes take 12v power...its worth the weight for the sound they produce. Split the power cables into 1 XLR power cable...EC90 or GP90 work good
