Title: SP-SPSB-1; What is the rolloff calculated against?
Post by: deadhoarse on September 22, 2004, 12:33:51 PM
Before I asked Chris at Sound Pro's, I figured I would ask here.

There are seven options for rolloff on the SPSB-1 battery box: 16Hz, 69Hz, 95Hz, 107Hz, 160Hz, 195Hz and 888Hz.  Does anyone know what those Hz values were calculated against? (What input impedance)

So? Did you ask Chris? I'd like to know as well.

You can always disassemble the box and figure it out  ;)

It comes out to 10 kOhms

Check out this thread:  http://www.taperssection.com/yabbse/index.php?topic=31681.msg399650#msg399650

for other info on this topic, and a correlation chart for using these battery boxes with impedances of 4.7Kohm & 47Kohm (i.e. m1's)
