I have more info saved on my home pc, I think I bookmarked some other sellers as well. Circuit City has the same item (it was black and rectangular but it was the same model #) I'll see if I can dig that up. It wasn't cheap at CC, but I found other online retailers that had it MUCH cheaper.
Check back tomorrow, I'll try and have a product # posted, I'm out of town at the moment.
try these for now, I hope it's not discontinued:

It's 4500 mAh, 7.2v, I'm not familiar with the UA-5's power consumption, I believe the Wal-Mart battery is 7.2v (9.6 also?), 5400mAh. It might not be as good as an option as the Wal-Mart battery since it's a slightly lower capacity and I can't find it as cheap now... :-\

I recently bought 2 Lenmar batts - 9.6v @ 6600 mAH. Only about $55 or so, I think, I figured the extra capacity was worth a few extra bucks. I don't remember exactly where I found 'em, though - maybe search around Froogle and the like.

I just called the local Wal-Mart (I'm not home right now) and they have 4 of the 7.2v 5400 mAh batteries on clearance $29.99, I'm going to pick up all 4, I'm sure I don't need 4. :P

Two clarifications:
[1] These are lithium, not NiMH
[2] They're falsely advertised as 6600 mAH, when in fact they are 5400 mAH - hmph
