Title: iso: your untransferred DATs
Post by: Trey Batson on July 22, 2003, 04:03:44 PM
I suppose this is the wrong board, but I just figured I'd ask around to see if anyone wants someone to transfer their stuff for them.

I transfer via Sony D8 > oade 7 pin (active) > Audiophile 2496 > SoundForge 6.0

batsona@msn.com

I recently finished Mic D's recording of 6/12/03 Antibalas, a bit torrent can be found at http://www.afroblue.org (http://www.afroblue.org).

Trey I probably have a good # of DAT's sitting at home needing transferred.  My D7 died and since then they have been just collecting dust.

Not sure what is 'worthy' of transfer or not but there's probably a handful of Schleigho SBD's and other "popular" bands where I was the only taper that would probably be cool to get out there.

They're all boxed up in anticipation of a move but I'll drop you an e-mail in August and see what ya sayz..

Cool offer!  +T!

Thanks, and yall should really check out that Antibalas show, the recording is great and our very own AMcNeice is hosting it right now.

I'm open to anything.  I mean Panic isn't the band I'm most familiar with, but I also hadn't even heard of Antibalas a couple weeks ago.

Well I must admit that a number around 6-8 wouldn't be as intimidating.
