Title: Where to send sonosax sx-m2 for a check up diagnostically, please advise
Post by: bluntforcetrauma on May 13, 2011, 03:38:34 PM
I might be hearing a little hiss from the preamp and want to get it checked out

Who is the best?

Please help

I am thinking of sending my sonosax sx-m2 for a check up to Trew Audio, I spoke to them and they seemed very nice, I was wondering does anyone have experience with trew audio.

Or recommend a place to get my sonosax sx-m2 serviced?

please advise I would appreciate it

I'm guessing Vark Audio can repair this and highly recommend them.

When my SX-M2 needed repair a couple of years ago I wrote to the factory (sonosax@sonosax.ch) and was referred to two places in the U.S. or given the option to send it back to the factory. I hesitate to put out what may be old information now, so would simply recommend that you write to the factory yourself, describe what seems to be the problem and ask them where to send it.

Ive sent my Sonosax to Trew Audio in Nashville on two occasions and have been very happy with the service. They worked directly with Sonosax to troubleshoot my last issue and Sonosax actually shipped a part over at no charge. I think they billed me for an hour of labor. Very reasonable I thought.
