Title: CD Wave 1.98 Installer?

Anyone sitting on an installer for CD Wave 1.98 they can upload and post a link to?  It appears milosoftware.com is no longer in service.  The most recent version I can find reliably on the web is 1.90 on the archive; and I prefer some of the interfaces of 1.98...   

I apologize if this has already been posted, search failed me.  :-\
