Sweet deal, looks like an excellent time for me to upgrade my older copy of Samplitude.  The included Samplitude Cleaning and Restoration Suite is key for me- basically offering Izotope RX type features such as spectral cleaning which can be used to remove/mitigate coughs, whistlers, screamers.  The former Sony stuff bundled with is a nice add.  Haven't used SpecraLayers Pro but it is another visual-based cleaning type tool.  Sound Forge will be familiar to many here.

Thanks for the heads up!

I thought there may be a few folks here who could be interested.

Trying to resist the temptation myself. I already own some really great DAWS, SF11 Pro and all of the Izotope stuff, so it's certainly not a needed item. But has that stopped us before....? LOL

Samplitude is a very good DAW, powerful and flexible.  It's not as commonly seen as some other in the greater world, but there is a significant user base here at TS.  And Samp's big-brother Sequoia is popular with professional mastering engineers.   Significant learning curve, but aren't they all?  I should really take a class or something.

That's a great offer.  As an orphaned Sonar user (knew that was coming), this is pretty decent alternative and the price is right.  Thanks!

They're offering a $1,400 package for $150?  Am I reading this correctly?

Does seem hard to believe / too good to be true,  Yet their discounting has gotten far more aggressive over the past several years and they're currently trying to grab abandoned Sonar user market share with a super low offer.  I've been keeping an eye on their other offers over the past year or so, but all were all two or three times this cost and not as inclusive. This is the most attractive offer for a full Samplitude install that I've ever seen.  I jumped on it this morning and may install it this weekend if I find the time.

The confirmation email I received after purchase included separate download links and serial numbers for:

Samplitude Pro X3 Suite
Sound Forge Pro 11
SpectraLayers Pro 4 (PC & MAC)
iZotope Mastering & Repair Suite
Celemony Melodyne Essentials
Birdline Platinum Pack Skins V.6.0

That’s interesting.  I already have sound forge pro 11 as a spiff with my DR70, so I assume that would be superfluous and transferable since it is a separate item.  Cool.

I see no mention of the Izotope software anywhere in the link.  If that's included this is a no-brainer as I was just looking at some of Izotope stuff alone on super sale for half of the cost of this package.
Yes, but what do you HEAR?

Haven't had a chance to install it or check any of it out yet.  Serial numbers with the download were included for all the components listed in my post above, including the iZotope Mastering & Repair Suite.  Not sure how that differs in functionality or quality in comparison to the Cleaning and Restoration Suite built-in to some versions of Samplitude which provides similar functionality (spectral-editing, noise/click/pop-reduction, etc).

It's in there
Awesome deal, Reaper wasn't comfortable for me, I was A-OK with Wavelab and Audition. But I started out on SoundForge.
I feel like I'm back on familiar ground and just may have to dust off the Mics

FWIW This deal takes you to a slightly different offering now.  $199 for the package including X3, Sound Forge 11, iZotope Mastering & Repair, Spectra Layers Pro 4, Birdline Platinum, & Meoldyne Essentials.

I bit the bullet just because I recall the interface from back in the 90's and it's the most intuitive to me.

Good deal, worth it to be legit and less than renting software from Adobe.
Yes, but what do you HEAR?
