Pretty cool looking if you ask me but they don't look very practical except for leaving on the end of your stand for wook jousting. Sound clips and such provided on the site. Looks sorta steampunk inspired....

I have worked with one.  Foghorn String band used it.  I was afraid it would be a feedback magnet due to the hall speaker placements and overall  how bright the hall sounds.  It held up very well.  Zero feedback.  This mic is ideally used for vocals and or in the round applications.  I would not use it for our hobby.

I see these mics onstage a couple times a year. Mostly with old-time and bluegrass bands.   :headphones:
