Rode NT6
« on: August 18, 2010, 10:27:16 PM »
Has anyone measured the output voltage of the Rode NT6 body to see if the active set up could be used without the bodies say into a church pre or little/tinybox..........?  I guess another question would be is if there is a FET in the cap or capsule attachment to make it work with either pre.........

inquiring minds want to know....

not like I could afford anything now with all the bs in my life, but a man could dream tho...

I asked Jon from Naiant about it and he said that something like his PFA wouldn't work because the Rode specifies a high voltage supply to its capsule.
