Title: How often should i change the 9v in my batt box?

Don't want to run out of juice mid show and ruin a tape..

I guess it depends on what you're powering.  I recently purchased from a RadioShack a $5 battery tester that works on countless batteries (AA,AAA,C,D,9v,watch batteries).  Hell, they even work fine on the Nak CP4 batteries that were sent to me by BornAgainTaper. 

So, what is you're using them for exactly?

schwilly is the only person in the world to have a sound pro battery box 9v die on him DURING a show. just be careful; it will happen eventually. :)
