I used this one for a while - it creates a PDF from your input.

http://www.hoxnet.com/j-card.html

I usually wait until I've got a bunch and then print 'em out six at a time to use a full sheet of paper.

I have a homemade Word template (created by the one and only Me) that works great.  I replace the J-cards with some stiff 65lb stock paper.  Contact me if you want the file.

Which ones? Real audio DATs that have the hard cases, or Audio/DDS DATs that use the soft cases? I have dimensions for both, but alas they are at home.

Going back to my days of working at a studio/duplication plant. Cassette cases either used hard cases or poly "soft" cases. Most folks ordered the hard cases, with the exception of the seminars, they tended to use poly cases.

I'll post the dimensions.

Uhmmmmm...you could probably break out your trusty ruler and measure yourself faster/easier than someone can post them.   :P

Well, here is the J-Card size: If you want to use a U-Card, you can get more info on the card, but it all depends on how you want to use the J-Card/U-Card.

+----------------------------+
|                                     |  --> Back of spine (.5 -in)
+-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-+
|                                     |  --> Spine (.4375 -in)
+-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-+
|                                     |
|                                     |  --> Cover (2.0625 -in )
|                                     |
|                                     |
|     <---- 2.875 ---->      |
+----------------------------+

For a grand total of 3-inches. From top to bottom.

Enjoy,
Wayne
