Anyone using a Pogoplug or similar media sharing device?
« on: December 07, 2011, 06:27:17 PM »
Browsing around the interweb, I came across this interesting looking thing:

http://www.jr.com/pogoplug/pe/PGG_POGOP01/

Me and some of my friends are always dragging around external hard drives to make wholesale copies of other people's hard drives, but this looks way easier - if it works as advertised.  Kind of like an unlimited DropBox account, so long as you keep your computer on and your hard drive plugged in (which may not always be such a great idea).

Just wondering if anyone has one, or has anything similar, and what you think of it.  It's certainly cheap enough.
Now you see it:  ADK 51TL,  or MK4/41>KC5>CMC6, or AT4051b/4049a > Wendt X2 > R-09HR
Now you don't:   CA-14c  or DPA4061 > CA ST-9100 > R-09HR
