MT-II or R-09?
« on: March 08, 2008, 09:36:49 AM »
I have been taping the last year with my MT-I with results I am happy with. I tape acoustic music, mainly classical, @ 24 bit / 48 kHz. and the output of my DPA 4060 is high enough to have a low noise evwn using the MT pre-amp. In fact I am selling my MIC2596 because I don't use it.

Now I have the opportunity to buy another recorder for my mother (she tapes her choir performances) and I have the following choices:
1. Buy a used MT-I for her and keep mine for me,
2. Buy a new MT-II for me and give my MT- I to her;
3. Buy a R-09 for me and give my MT-I to her.

Any suggestion?
Thank you
Giovanni

Buy a R-09 for you and another R-09 for her. I'm sure your mother deserves the best. ;D
