Norton Ghost 2003 help...
« on: September 18, 2003, 10:53:10 PM »
i remember threads about this a while back but i definitely didn't get anything out of them then, maybe somebody can help now.
i have a machine i want to create an image of.  i only have a burner on one machine (currently) so i want to ghost the 1st machine and burn the image on the 2nd.

how would i go about doing this?  i have norton ghost 2003.  detailed steps would be extremely helpful as i don't really know my way around this program too well.

thanks in advance!

yeah i can do that but it's not recognized as a burner on any other machines.  i tried that many moons ago, i think i might have to add it as a device on another machine....which i just decided i am going to attempt.  if i can ever get this damn pussy out of my lap so i can get up for the laptop...

that's pussy = cat.  i wish it was the other way but no such luck!  the cat likes to sit on my lap while i surf and get high.  she's not even my cat, but it's nice having a partner in crime when nobody else is around!

well, i was unable to get the burner recognized over the network, i'm not sure this is possible.  i am going to ask some guys at work today about ghost.  if anyone else has some suggestions, i'm all ears!
