Has anyone used one of those online mastering sites like Landr? Just curious, if so, how it turned out.

I haven't used that one, but it looks cool. Just an FYI that UAD has gotten into the subscription business and it does not require their hardware: https://help.uaudio.com/hc/en-us/articles/5230697410836-Which-plug-in-titles-are-included-with-UAD-Spark- (https://help.uaudio.com/hc/en-us/articles/5230697410836-Which-plug-in-titles-are-included-with-UAD-Spark-)

$19.99 a month or $149.99 you get:

Which plug-in titles are included with UAD Spark?

API® 2500 Bus Compressor

I've had a few clients try them out for shits and giggles. Most ended up going to a real mastering engineer instead of using the Landr version. Not really sure they'd do what you want for an audience tape

This is my suspicion.  I'd think them targeted primarily at home-studio type recordings. More like an SBD than an AUD.

Be interesting to find out though, do they let you process a short file to test it and determine if worthwhile?

They might, but I don’t want to put in my email to find out…

I tried a few and I didn't hear anything special, it just made my sample a lot louder. I usually do all the mastering myself, I was just curious. Looks like my curiosity has been cured. Lol.
