When I had CA14 omnis/cards as my 2nd rig back in the day, I would use them in my 2 channel active delrin bars[NOLABars], with a small piece of tape around the "body" of the ca14's, to make them big enough to comfortably sit in the delrin active bars! Then I would slide my BAS screens[what I had back then] over the whole capsule+active bar ends, so that the BAS totally covered up the ca14's!
But if you're not running a stereo bar like I was, I would DEFINITELY grab the Movo furries you linked in the OP! I have 2 pairs of BOTH the Movo WST50 & WS80, and absolutely LOVE them and their quality! Maybe not handmade in the UK like Rycote, but for their price and quality construction, I think that the Movo's are the way to go IMO
EDIT: If the WS10M's you linked above are NOT adequate enough to help the ca14's in some decent wind, I'd suggest getting some SMALLER foam screens that would fit the CA14's perfectly, and THEN put a bigger foam/furry screen OVER the smaller foam one, and you'd have double protection, and could record in much windier situations as well
I seem to remember doing something very similar like that with my oldest pair of CA14's back in like 2011! I remember having some tiny foam screens, and then I put the BAS over those! I walked away with recordings with ZERO wind and didn't notice any loss in the HF range! I'll try to figure out which shows I tried that and report back with the links!
And HAVE FUN with whatever you end up with, Chris
