Title: Need help how to record live webcast.

Today at 7pm EDT will be a webcast of www.avengedsevenfold.com of there show from here in Syracuse.Broadcast on ustream,myspace,facebook.This is new to me but i want to try to record this in HD as it should be broadcast in HD.What tool can i use and which link should be higher quality??Will keepvid work......?
