SD CARD Class 2 not good for Edirol R09HR

When i record a new file in 96khz and 24 bit then i listen it in my R09HR i listen a very bad sound, very hiss, very disturbed.
If i listen the same file in my computer it is OK.
I try to change the headphones, i try to record some new files, i try to upgrade the firmware, but the problem remain. And it is a very strange problem.

I replaced the sd card, i put a class 4 and it's all ok.

What is your experience?
