dual boot, won't boot after partition resize
« on: March 21, 2005, 07:15:34 PM »
Booting xp home and xp pro on my laptop that i use for work and recording.  I resized the pro partition b/c 5 gigs was more than enough.  But now I can't boot into xp pro.  I get to the blue windows screen and then nothing happens.  I can still move my cursor around, but no luck.  Anyone?

might want to try a repair install on the Pro partition.  if that doesn't work, i'd boot into Home and copy anything you want to save then reformat > reinstall Pro.
