I don't think many casual tapers will be interested in this because of the price ($1995). That said, the ZMT3-X looks quite interesting in particular because it isn't made in a metal housing. It would be cool if they offered a stripped down no timecode, no transmitter version for like $700.

3.3V like most Zax, 4063s would be a good match for that.
too bad they dont offer a cheaper version without the transmitter function, which is prob the bulk of the cost
