Title: mp-2 power adapter pin assignment Help

going to make a power cable from the mp-2 to a li-ion battery and need help figuring out which wire to solder to what pin on the mp-2 adapter. attached a photo below of the adapter. the mp-2 is tip positive.

Short one is tip, long is ring.  Use a multimeter on its continuity setting to confirm.

actually just tested it with a multimeter, Brian is correct - as usual. Postive wire will be attached to the short one, negative to long.
