jb3 car kit; newbie
« on: December 09, 2004, 12:37:07 PM »
Hi everyone,
So after many years of concert going and telling myself that one day I'd be a taper, I've decided that '05 is the year. I started reading the forum last night, and because I kept reading til 4 am, I had to call out of work. ;)

I don't have an mp3 player yet and the jb3 seems like the perfect solution (really would like to get the 40 gb though).  However, because I practically live in my car (long commute) I need but can't seem to find the car adaptor kit that would go with the jb3. I found one here  http://http://shop.1asecure.com/prod.cfm?ProdID=52413&StID=2489

but I'm not 100% sure if its compatible with the jb3.  Any help on this would be much appreciated... After this, I'll work on mics. Thanks for the help.
 ~Mike

the walmart powerline series will work fine just make sure that it outputs 2000mah like the ones we all have.

That cassette will work- any cassette thing would work.  The power issue is a whole different deal though.

If you get 2 batteries, it'll last quite a while when just playing back- recording really drains the batteries much more than playback.

+t for calling in sick becuase you stayed up all night on the best website on all of the internets.
Tickets are dead to me.  Except the ones I have, don't have, and lost.  Not to mention the ones you have, don't have, and lost.   And the ones that other dude has, doesn't have, and lost.  Let me know if you need some tickets, I'm happy to oblige.
