where you can dl the program to personalise your photos so nobody else
can use them?

in case I'm confusing you it's the thing like sickrick43 does to his photos to
copyright them before he posts them.

you can watermark your photos through adobe photoschlock

There are a bunch but I just do as Jonny mentioned in photoshop.  The websites I've looked at all charge a fee.
