I've, as well as a lare amount of audio press, have been pretty intrigued by the
Shanling A3000. From a brief description on the web: "Topping the scales at 66lbs the 200+ w/ch monster Shanling A3000 Integrated Amp is dramatically underpriced at $1695! The Shanling A3000 features a 80,000µF total filtering capacitance, Independent power transformers for left & right channels, Dual EH6922 tube input buffer stage and 8×SANKEN 2SA1295 and 2SC3264 power transistors. The A3000's Volume control is performed by motorized ALPS potentiometer.
