Hello
After having updated the PMD661MKII recorder from the original version 1.16 to the current 2.05 I solved the problems with the unknown format of the SDHC.
Now I have a big buck-up problem. When I insert the SDHC card in PC or Mac, it appears as empty, I insert it again in PMD661MKII and all the tracks appear.
I made new recordings and tests with other cards. Conclusion: only from the PMD661MKII recognizes the audio tracks recorded in the SDHC.
The SDHC card outside the PMD661MKII is unusable despite having recorded audio tracks.
This has caused me inconvenience and damage in my work. Also, a great setback.
I want to continue working with my PMD661MKII. But in this way it is impossible.
Please, I need a solution. On the contrary, I am forced to resign in my work with Marantz.

That's odd. Do you mean firmware version 3.05?
Which SDHC card are you using? How have you formatted it? How are you reading it into the computer (reader used, etc)
Have you tried using the recorder itself as reader? (USB mode described in the user manual)

i feel ya, the thing can drive me crazy sometimes with that.. its very picky

Were those files already on the card before you updated the firmware?
