Title: Quick JB3/12V SLA question.
Post by: Fatah Ruark (aka MIKE B) on July 07, 2004, 01:11:20 PM
EDIT: Forget it. I found a 2.5 Ah adapter, at Rat Shack and it has the B plug with it. Putting everything together this afternoon. Thanks.

Looked around quickly but didn't find what I needed to know.

Got my 12V SLA. I need to know one thing (maybe two things):

The 12V>4.5V adapters at Rat Shack say they provide 1 Ah. Is that what I need or it this Wal-Mart car adapter rated higher. I'd prefer to avoid locking up the JB3. I think I read that the JB3 peaks at 1.5 Ah.

Sorry I'm not an expert at the whole electricity (but I've sure learned a lot around hereĀ  ;D )

Thanks,
MIKE B
