Title: Has anybody used this USB Battery?

I just bought that to use w/ the microtrack I recently acquired.  It says it's a 2200mah LIon battery, and it's super tiny, about the width of 2 AA batteries and maybe 1.5x the length of a AA - a lot smaller than similar capacity LIon batteries I've seen.  I'm wondering how much time it'll give me before switching to the internal batt.  My intention is to keep the microtrack fully charged and use the external batt first, and hopefully not need to drain the internal.
