I was recently asked to teach someone how to stream shows live. I took the opportunity to create an standard operating procedure for the process. and included below. Obviously check with the bands if streaming is allowed.

Just below your post box there is a right pointing triangle, click that for more options which are

Attach:
   (a browse button you click to select your desired file to attach(won't copy'n'paste for me)) (Clear Attachment)
    (more attachments)
    Allowed file types: bmp, gif, jpg, jpeg, mp3, ogg, pdf, torrent, txt, shn, wav, zip
    Restrictions: 6 per post, maximum total size 3072KB, maximum individual size 512KB

Thanks for this. I'm going to try a couple of live streams this summer.

No problem, I have been meaning to write it for a while to give my dad when I can't go to shows due to work but have been putting it off. FMLE really works well and has more tweaking than the browser streamer. The big bottleneck is having a connection, I use an unlimited plan iPhone, if I have access to an Ethernet cable it tends to do better.

I have also found that getting a cell phone mount for the mic stand and having it above head height gets better signal.
