Title: SBM-1/D8 AA Time

hey i'm curuious, how much time do you get from a modded sbm-1 using AA's?  i've heard 4hrs for the D8 with AA's.  true?  any in-the-field experience feedback?  i'm not running ecocharges anymore--i rarely tape anymore for that matter ;)

The theoretical run-times are pretty close to actual.  I used to regularly get 4+ hrs out of a pair of Maha Powerex 2000mAH AA rechargables.
