I second the motion...surprised to see it work with my burner (since he said it failed with his QPS Que USB burner, and I have a QPS Que Firewire) but it worked with zero errors. Thumbs up from my end too.

Shouldn't one always be able to split tracks on sector boundaries in Sound Studio by setting the grid to 588 samples, and clicking "snap to grid?"

Yup, that's one way...I don't think that saves after a restart, though...at least I don't think it did in earlier versions. I just drop markers wherever the hell I want and then shntool fix in xACT. :)

since this topic is paranoia, i'll say that paranoia support is in the later 1.4 builds of xACT :)

iTunes may have error correction, but it doesn't mean it's as good as other apps

Just release the damn thing already. ;)

believe me, i'd like to just say "here, it's done"

but you have no idea how many people out there email me for the dumbest little things about the app, so I just want to avoid getting bombarded even more

Understood, But I rarely extract audio discs at all these days. If I do I'm just loading it up for iTunes.

But if you build it I'd use it. xAct rules!
