Will that preamp work fine with one H120?? can it be used with any type of mics (as far as they have 1/8")??
thanks for any help!

The microphone madness preamp will work if the H120 has an analog line-in. I am assuming it does.

yep, the iriver has analog line-in
I already know those other options, it's just I maybe can get one of those MM for a good price and wanted to know if they will work with the iriver without problems :)
+T, windorabug :)

I finally got one of those: instead the retail price of 140 I got one almost new for 40 bucks, not a bad deal imo.
Now: any recommendation for some mics? (omni, stealth and not expensive)

Maybe something like this:

Are you sure you want omni instead of cardioid?

actually that's one of my first options and would have a pair already if it's not for those shipping costs from USA to Europe SoundPro charges :P Or even the cheaper SP-BMC-6...I'm gonna post a request in the Yard Section soon (do you maybe have a pair of those getting dust there, hyperplane? ;))

yep, sure :) I love some crowd noise in the recordings (with a pair of omni's and maybe an ecm-717 for small venues I'm done)
