Had some issues with a AK50 capsule I purchased from him that he had not noticed (as he never ran them as actives). Turned out that one post was longer than the other on a pair AK50 caps, it pushed my LC3 cable center connector in too far so it would no longer make contact. I sent the cable and capsule to him, he contacted Sennheiser (Neumann) and paid for the repairs himself and then shipped them right back to me! Unbelievable! The caps are a dead on match as he described, despite not claiming they were 'factory matched'. Honest and will go the extra mile to make it right.
