Gov't Mule tapers tickets??
« on: September 19, 2004, 02:27:47 PM »
Does anyone know what the deal is with Mule taper's tickets? Do they need to be purchased through Mule ticketing, or can it be through ticketmaster??
Thanks in advance for the help.

Damn....I might have missed out then for the Oct 15th show. They went on sale awhile ago and I'm having trouble logging onto mule ticketing to see if they have any left. Did they change the password??

I actually did register again but still have'nt received the password. It looks like they've been doing some revamping of the site.

I will never use mule ticketing again. I purchased a ticket, showed up and was told I wasn't on the list (even though I brought the confirnation email, guy at the door was being a real dick) and when I contacted them they said they would have to check with the venue. Heard nothing back, emailed again, was told there wasn't much they could since they couldn't get ahold of the venue about it ??? ::) Disputed the charges, got my money back, but talk about shitty service

Anyone know how strict they are about a special section at a reserved show? Jef got some sweet first row balcony tickets, do you think they'll cause a stink about it???

EDIT- Nevermind, I looked up the show, and mule didn't really offer a presale, they just linked to the ticket site, so we should be okay!

Last year there were a couple tapers running the balcony at the Orpeum in Boston. The copy sounds nice too!!
