.gpk is just the image file of the waveform that WL generates. Try finding it and deleting it. WL will regenerate a new one when the .wav file is opened again.

WL will regenerate a new one when the .wav file is opened again. It is an index file. At first it would not let me delete it. I repbooted a couple of times and then it let me. I re-tried and I got the same error so I switched save destinations (New directory on a different drive) and it still happens. What other process would be accessing the .gpk? Antivirus?
On Windows? Have a look at Process Monitor (procmon) that is part of the Sysinternals suite from Microsoft:https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb896653.aspx
