Does the physical height of the mic matter when using DIN or ORTF?    All I have is a vert bar, and I can approximate thes configs with the vert bar, but one mic is a little higher than the other... is this problematic?
Tickets are dead to me.  Except the ones I have, don't have, and lost.  Not to mention the ones you have, don't have, and lost.   And the ones that other dude has, doesn't have, and lost.  Let me know if you need some tickets, I'm happy to oblige.

nope

flip flop the mounts, and the different pieces of the shure bar, and you can get them very close to right on in height. But, to your question,..... A little difference between the height of the mics won't matter.

Yeah, that's what I did, got them as close as possible!

Appreciate the help yet again!
