OK, had a chance to use my Mp-2.  Much warmer than the AD-20, for what I record (lot of acoustic, vocals)  The most AMAZING thing about this pre is that even cranked up it is QUIET!  The limiter seems to be very quick and as long as you aren't running too hot you can't even hear it kick in! 


The combo of the AT853s and the mp-2 rocks!
