Title: "Military Grade silver clad copper wire with silver clad copper shield ?"

Anyone know where I can buy some Military Grade silver clad copper wire with silver clad copper shield by the foot or meter to make some XLR cables. Looking for high quality to make myself some upgraded cables from my starquads. Thanks in advance.
