Not sure if anyone's posted a picture before, but I got one of those Nady SSM-5 shockmounts and combined it with an Atlas AD-7B extension tube. http://www.sweetwater.com/store/detail/AD7B/ (http://www.sweetwater.com/store/detail/AD7B/)
A few turns of duct tape prevents the extension tube from moving. In my case, I attach my Neumann STH-100 mount to this setup... nice, super lightweight, easy to manage.

Basically about $20 total. You can use a flathead screwdriver and lock down the bolt to prevent any movement of the mount during use.
