Someone was able to disassemble an Earthworks SR mic?

Someone was able to disassemble an Earthworks SR mic?, I want to repair a microphone "non factory repairable" (Because is old), but looks that is glued and screwed, I'm not sure.

If you do get it opened up, I'd love to see what the guts look like.

i've got a pair of SR 71s that they said were repairable but refused to do so as well.
