Some one could point me how to pull off the audio signal of a website, and saving it on hard drive?
Settings?
I have a M-Audio Audiophile 2496, Windows XP

When you say "pull off the audio signal of a website", what do you mean, exactly?  Do you mean capturing embedded or streaming content?

Depending on the type of content, there are Firefox plugins for capturing embedded audio and/or video, as well as Total Recorder for capturing streams.

Want to capture streaming content, so, using firefox? I use internet explorer 8

If you have Audacity, set the input to "Stereo Mix" and hit record.
