Microphone repair recommendations?
« on: October 11, 2018, 05:57:17 PM »
I have two Sonic Studios microphone sets.  They each have issues and need repair.  "Guy" at Sonic Studios says he's retired.  Does anyone have any suggestions for competent repair work on these mics? One has the battery holder built into the cable and the other one goes into a pre-amp.

How did you reach "Guy"?

What is wrong with these 2 sets?

I'd give up and buy a new pair of real brand name microphones that be repaired by any music studio.  Its the difference between buying from a dedicated power tool supplier and Harbor Freight.
