Title: Zoom H2 sdhc record past 1 hour at 96/24 problem

i recorded  something at 96/24 longer than 1:02.  it automatically created a new partition after 1:02, but when i transfered it to a hd and combined the two partitions, i was missing some music.  i do not know how much, but it was obvious.  i never had this problem with the r9 at 48/24.  i still have the media on the card.  i pb'd the card and it seems like it is like that on the card.  any ideas?  thx ain advance.

Zoom fixed that issue in a firmware update a while ago. Update the firmware, each 2GB split will be seamless.

EDIT: Of course, your past recording is just missing the section, nothing you can do. But in future no problems.

Moral of the story - always update firmware, especially after newly purchasing gear which has been out for a few years!
