Title: Final cut exporting issues...
Post by: Kevin on November 15, 2007, 09:40:23 AM
Has anyone ever had a problem exporting video in FCP where the audio starts to drift torwards the end of the quicktime export?  All of the settings are correct and prior to exporting everything is perfect.  Any ideas?

Never had that problem.
How are you exporting? (QT movie, QT movie using QT compression, Compressor)
And to what file format/codec? (QT movie, m2v, m1v, etc)

it was a co-worker exporting to QT.  She has since solved the problem.  Not really sure what it was but im guessing the settings were not set exactly correct.

How long is the movie? FCP seems to consistantly have problems when getting near the one hour point.

They are no more than 30min.  We figured it out, just changed some of the settings and the chapter markers that were dropped in the video were on the video which did not export so changing the placement of them onto the timeline worked.  If screen shots would help you picture this I will post some.
