Topic: ONKYO DV-SP502E DVD/SACD/DVDA player?

Anyone out there in taper-land got one of these?

My good ole Pioneer CD player has finally crapped out, and I figured I might take the plunge and shell out for a universal job that plays SACDs, CDs and DVD-As. as luck would have it, my local Hi-fi shop has a special offer going on the ONKYO SP520E and I must say it's mighty tempting - I long to get the best out of the few hybrid SACD/CDs that I've started buying recently (and use 24bit to record shows and listen to em). That said, £150 sounds kind of cheap for a machine that does so much...

Hence, I'm taking advantage of this wondrous place, and turning it over to you folks! Any opinions? Good thing? Bad thing? Could get better and pay less?

Never mind the Onkyo - just this afternoon got me a Pioneer DV-696AV. The sound quality is un-fucking-real.... the Beatles Love DVD-A is fantastic! I've got a couple of MFSL discs that blow me away, too.

Anyone got any recomendations for SACDs or DVD-As? I'm open to any genre you like!
