Hello,
It has been a few years since I purchased any new SDHC cards. I'm looking for recommendations on SDHC cards for Marantz PMD 620 MKII & PMD 661 MKII recorders.
Thanks,
David

When I ran the 620 it cooperated with everything except Kingston brand cards. Zero problems except for Kingston.

That is good to know because I have a bunch of Kingston cards.
What class of cards were you running?

It was several years ago probably class 4.

Thanks.
Have any of you used these Lexar SDHC cards:

As I said it has been 2-3 years since I have purchased a SDHC card and most of the data card threads that I've scanned here at TS are several years old. All of the online sdhc card reviews focus on photo/video and I've tried to look for HD video references and high sustained write speeds to pick out a couple of new cards. Any advice on new sdhc card purchases?

I use SanDisk Ultra class 10 in my Tascam recorders, Nikon DSLR cameras and Canon video camera interchangeably with excellent results. No problems at all.

I have used everything between class 2 and class 10 in my 620 without issue. Class doesn't matter much, as even class 2 is amply fast enough for 24/48 stereo recording; just get a decent card. I have used many different models in that deck without issue, mostly SanDisk but a few PNYs and a Transcend also, and sizes from 4 to 16 GB.

Thanks for the comments! I ordered a few SanDisk cards.
