Title: iTunes 11.1.1 and iOS7
Post by: thunderbolt on October 22, 2013, 05:45:00 PM
Has anybody found that they don't play nice?  I lost ALL of my playlists (but not the music) following syncing an iPhone 5s with my Macbook Pro 10.7.5.  The thing that sucks is I'm left with the music, but it's completely disorganized.  For instance, when I ripped commercially released compilation discs, the single song goes into its own folder, and there's no easy way to figure out which songs went with each other.

Bites.  First major Apple screw up in 25 years of using them, but now it makes me wary to the point where I'll probably never trust iTunes again.

I am not a fan of the new Music/Library layouts in iOS7 and iTunes 11.1. At all.

One thing that MIGHT help is:
Open itunes
Choose File > Library > Organize Library
Choose Consolidate Files and click OK
