Title: Groove Tube Mics..??

hey now,  i came across these yesterday.. anyone used em.. or better yet has anyone heard of them? .. look fairly cheap with interchangeable caps omni->super card. im hoping to get some charts back in the next few days .. please let me know

I was wondering the very same thing.
GT has a good rep for rack gear, but I don't know about mics.
If they're tube-based, they'll be power hungry.

hey now it built with "fet circuitry" and not tube.. i think there are tube options.. i was contacted by there customer service with the response that there"lab" would be in contact with me as far as qc and frequency response.. ill post info as soon as i receive for those interested..peace 8)

GT makes both FET and TUBE mics.

ive never been a fan of the GT sound, their mics certainly have their own sound that is very different from others, but other engineers i know swear up and down by their tube mics
