anyone know the 4pin xlr to wally world tip pin assignments for R4 Pro? The r4 pro says the 1 pin is - and the 4 pin is + and i was told the tip is a b tip and the polarity needs reversed so would it just be - to + and + to - and the 2 and 3 pins left empty?
