From what I remember this unit came out at about the same time as the Original FR-2 (2004 timeframe or so). It does record 24/192 (I do not know how many channels at once). It has a 6 channel mixer built in and it records to DVD-RAM (3" 2.8GB discs) as primary recording media. It does have the option for an internal 2.5" Hard Drive - so if you are interested in the one on ebay you will want to ask if it has this option (which I would assume it does not).
It is pretty big and was about $10K when new so I would guess the only people on this board whom may have used this unit would be professionals.
